Body Building Diet Meal Plan Muscle Building Phase (approx 3000 calories) The body building muscle building phase requires a strict high calorie/high protein diet. This diet shouldn’t withhold carbohydrates, especially during active cardio days. This diet will consist of 7 meals during the day and 1 pre-training drink. Our recommendations are clear. We encourage lots of protein and carbohydrates for muscle growth/mass. Remember that you can’t eat like this forever. Your body requires lots of veggies, good fats as a healthy diet. This is only recommended for the muscle building phase.
Meal 1

The rotator cuff is comprised of four different muscles–supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor and the subscapularis (SITS is the acronym used to remember the muscles). This group, as the name signifies, is responsible for the rotation of the arm through the shoulder joint. Exercises to strengthen them are all rotational. They can be done using dumbbells, cables or resistant tubing. The most commonly performed rotator cuff exercises are internal/external rotation. Both sides should be exercised to keep a strength balance in the shoulder joint, which helps to prevent injuries.

The generic drug manufacturing company Ethex Corporation (a subsidiary of KV Pharmaceuticals) have recalled some of their vitamin and iron supplements normally prescribed to pregnant women, according to this US FDA safety alert. Although some recalls were at the wholesaler level, some drugs have already reached retailing pharmacies and maybe even the consumers.
The recalls started in 2008 and have now been expanded to include more than 60 generic products. The drugs that have reached the retailers are hydromorphone HCl and metoprolol succinate.
